Torringon Community Hospital
The TCH OR Expansion and Renovation project was developed using a "Phase 0" approach to project validation. Implementing IPD and Lean principles, we developed the final scope/schedule/budget during the conceptual design and held them through the final design and procurement. This project will feature a state-of-the-art surgery and sterile processing department. Phase 1 of the project will "Go Live" in September 2020.
Washakie Medical Center
The Washakie Medical Center project was a nearly complete replacement-in-place of an operational rural hospital. The project featured a new state-of-the-art surgery department, 20 bed patient wing, emergency department, pharmacy, lab, main entrance, business office, and central utility plant. The schedule consisted of over 20 phases to ensure a minimal disruption to operations.
Imaging & Pharmacy
We have successfully managed many new room and equipment replacement projects, including CT, MRI, Cath Lab, Rad Fluoro, Gen Rad, TOMO and Mammo. We have completed a number of pharmacy projects to ensure USP 797 & 800 compliance. These projects were managed from concept to completion using an IPD-lite process to ensure a seamless implementation.
